I own my house outright, and have the title deeds. I wish to put my partner's name on the deeds. Can anyone tell me how I go about it please?

Is your property registered with the Land Registry?
I did this - I went to a licensed conveyancer and they did it for £200
Also it is important to know what part of the UK you live in and if there is a mortgage or other charges against the property
You also need to decide whether the ownership will be as ‘tenants in common’ or ‘joint tenants’.

I would assume as ‘joint tenants’, whereby each co-owns the whole property.
Don't do it. A friend put her partner of 10 years on the deeds - he cheated on her, they split up & and he demanded oodles of cash to have his name removed from the deeds.
I agree with davebro. You can always leave it (or some of it) to him in your will.
Pop to see a property solicitor and if you want to talk to them about to protecting your interests, then do that too.
