Just a general question.

Have Mod's the authority to remove posts from Editor's Blog which are clearly not adverse or spam ?

"We all know the rules."

If that were so, posts (other than spam) would not be deleted and folk would not be feigning innocence when querying the deletions.
Thank you for answering, Pat
^^^ I don’t bother anymore, it’s a waste of time !
If the question was reasonable, it will be re-instated.
This nonsense about contravening Site Rules is just that - nonsense. The place is run on a shoestring with unpaid mods doing as they see fit and the eds reading reports of deletions when they get around to it. I have never seen a removed post reinstated without specific request. Nothing ever changes and protest is futile. For the average member it’s a case of like it or lump it.
You look for a post after being offsite, can’t find it so ask about it,that goes as well, Pats right in what she said
Site Rules do not come into it depends who it is. Some can do anything they like others get censured at the drop of a hat.
naomi, bang on, this site is about as impartial as Zimbabwean election.
Well said Naomi.

Most mods are very reasonable. A few have let so called power go to their heads. Bit liked the police or the armed forces.
Gosh there's some bitter and twisted people on here today .
Watch out Tora! But if you disappear from this thread, I will organise a weekend strike !
Since no-one knows which Mod has deleted a post or thread, how do you know whether it was done by a, "very reasonable" Mod or or one who has, "let so called power go to their heads."?
Bitter and Twisted!!!! Definitely not. Just truthful.
