I struggle to squeeze shampoo and conditioner out of the bottles - especially when they are less than half full.
Am I feeble or is this a cunning ploy to make us throw out the bottles and replace them before they are empty?

Anyone remember toothpaste tubes made of some sort of metal?
We had a gadget that squeezed the last bit of toothpaste out.
barry, you have helped me in the past with computer & IT issues, so I know you are all there with your marbles & your mind is OK, start working on the body as well (it's all you've got otherwise).

Exercise your hands by squeezing a rubber ball a given number of times, increasing daily.
Start (gentle) yoga - I've done 15 minutes every morning for 40 or so years & I can highly recommend it, - guarantee you'll feel better. :0)
If you look online you can buy Tresemme in bottles with a pump top fitted x

I find pump bottles generally unsatisfactory, they never seem to get the last inch or so out
hi barry, i am relatively young but have classic deformities in my hands due to rheumatoid arthritis so have had this problem for years. I do what someone else has suggested here and decant them into pump bottles. WHen it gets near the bottom i simply take the top off and the pump out, pour what i need out and then replace the top.
it works for most things with the exception of conditioner. With that i take the top off, pour water in, shake then apply. Those tresemme bottle tops are hard to get off though. I bought these a few year ago and they are still going strong Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
Now, if i could only find a gadget to help with tops you have to squeeze and turn at the same time, like bleach or something to help me with cleaning type sprays!
