I've recently moved house, and have found a leak caused by a faulty Magnetic Filter which is connected to the central heating system. It appears that this part is no longer on sale, an Instinct Eco Mag.

Can I buy any magnetic filter to replace it, or does it need to be a specific one?

This guy seems to suggest that there's not much difference across different brands:
Anyone I was told. The only reason a boiler brand such like Baxi for an example insist on a certain brand of filter is because they have a contract with that filter brand and market it along with their boiler, hence they get them much cheaper.

Stop putting food in.

The weather is unseasonably warm, the birds don’t need additional food now.
