Android Phone Won't Stay Signed In To Outlook Emails .....

I have an Android phone and I access my outlook emails using the Chrome browser.
Every time I close the window and go back to my emails a short time later, I have to sign in again. There's no option to tick a box like "keep me signed in".
Now it's no big deal, as all my details are saved, but it never used to do this and it's doing my head in.
I don't think that the problem is with Chrome, as it keeps me signed into other sites, such as the AnswerBank, etc ..... the problem seems confined to outlook.
I log onto my outlook emails on the Chrome browser on my laptop and that keeps me signed in okay.
Anyone any ideas how to sort this please??

I've tried to find an answer to your problem online but, alas, without success. However I'm baffled as to why you're using Chrome anyway. Webmail has always been a 'second best' way of accessing an email account, as email was invented on the assumption that people would use a dedicated email client to send and receive mail. For example, if you walk into almost any office in the land, you'll find that the business emails are all dealt with using the program (rather than the website) called Outlook; businesses don't log into websites to send and receive their mail.

So if you're using an Android phone, instead of a computer, it makes far more sense to use a dedicated email app than to have to open a browser and load a website. As you're using Outlook.com as your email provider, it would seem to make most sense to me to use the Outlook app to access your mail:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=en_GB&;gl=US
Then you'll always be signed into your email account.
I second everything that Chris said, except that I wouldn't recommend the somewhat clunky Outlook app. You can use the standard Android Gmail app to access your Outlook emails.
^^^ I was in two minds about which app to recommend, TC. The vast majority of email services have their own dedicated apps. (e.g. I use GMX as my email provider, so I use the Android GMX app). Microsoft have chosen not to create a specific Android app for Hotmail/Outlook accounts, preferring to offer the all-purpose Outlook app instead. It will certainly do the job but, like much from Microsoft, it's not the most intuitive of apps to get to grips with. So, given that it's already on every Android phone, the GMail app is certainly a good alternative.

I've just always used Chrome for opening Outlook - creature of habit and all that.
I was curious as to why it was doing it .... but it never used to do it before.
Anyway, I've been meaning to install the Outlook app for aaaages .... looks like I've just been given another nudge in that direction lol :P
just use gmail and add your other email address's up to you.

I only usually access my emails on my phone when I'm away on holiday - I usually access them on my laptop when I'm at home.
I've just been in Tenerife for 2 weeks and got back early this morning and noticed that I had to log back in every time I wanted to access my Outlook emails.
I've installed the Outlook app on my phone, just to keep things separate from my Gmail emails, so it'll only be used when I'm away again ..... and at this rate, it'll be a while lol :P
Thanks for the replies everyone :)
