Just been out for a cuppa and a slice of cake. Lovely. Had a most enjoyable time. Only had to drive nearly 12 miles to get there but worth it.

What do any of you consider to be an enjoyable small treat?

Crumpets and butter.
The smell of Angel perfume by Theirry Mugler (not sure of spelling). My Mum's favourite and always reminds me of her.

Going for a coffee in our little coffee shop with the small ov home baked cakes and scones, I shall be doing that tomorrow.
I used to use Angel Shirley , now I use Jo Malone
Oops yes !! Should have been in favourite smell.

Could Ed move it please ..... ?
If only I could have a slice of Melton Mowbray pork pie, (with a pickled walnut!) or a kipper omg ! I'd eat them for afternoon tea, breakfast or dinner.

It used to be breakfast and a cuppa at the Bridge Cafe.

Then covid knackered everything.
Oops. Just noticed it was afternoon treat.

No problem Hoppy. Mine was an afternoon treat but yours can be a treat at any time of the day.
Opening a box of Ferrero Rocher when nobody near me likes them.
Saturday or Sunday morning paper, drinking good coffee and Radio 3 on.
