It's 24ft long, DT, but not massively wide. He's got quite big fitted wardrobes that take up some space.

Back when we lived stateside, we had an apartment in a 1920s building. Both bedrooms were 12 x 24. My daughter's single bed was lost in there! But there was loads of room to play.
