For some time, I have been completing various market-research surveys, one of them being from a company called Maru. However, recently, I am being booted out of each survey that I put in for. This doesn't happen with any other companies that I use.....

I e-mailed them about this and below is their reply.

'We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our latest surveys, however the device used to access them is triggering our security measures and is therefore preventing you proceeding. We recommend you check your device for any privacy or location altering settings (use of a VPN or Data Centre, extra privacy extensions on your browser, etc.) or try using a different device if possible.'

I don't use a VPN or Data Centre - where or how should I look for any blockages?

My thanks in advance.
