Trying to check my balance.
Tells me to go the www route but can't as I can't remember.my pass codes used.
Anyone got a letter that came with the card please.
On that letter in the last section was a phone number for anyone not using on line.
It gave me the pin number. Been told it I ring number will give balance.
Have not got letter
