I ordered slippers from TU Sainsburys - everything seemed to go through and payment seemed to be successful - then it came up - payment wasn't successful. Now I did change my card details as I did get a new one.

So ordered again and it seemed to have gone through. However when I went to my confirmation emails - the two seemed to be ok.

Would anybody know if they are still delivering to NI. As that was a problem during last lockdown.

Taken from their website

We deliver to most mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We regret we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Highlands and Islands or BFPO addresses.
Why not contact them and ask them if it has been successful?
You question is not clear did you get an email confirm the order?
Also check your junk box!

oh thanks Helen - that's good to know as I am trying to make up some pressies for one person.
Question Author
yes I did get confirmation of both times that it was successful in my email box but as I said - when I ordered first time - I had lingered on the site and it came up after payment was successful that payment wasn't successful - hence my buying again.

So do you think you'll end up with 2 pairs?
Go into your TU account and see what status the orders are at
Question Author
ellie if I do - there's no problem - I will bring one pair back to Sainsburys - which is about 14 houses away. So no big deal.
Question Author
Yup - two orders are there - "processing". I'm leaving them alone as it could muck up the orders. I'll just bring one pair back. Thanks for your help.
Question Author
Went to online account and two orders are pending. Ah well.
Question Author
Erm - just thinking - I do have to pick them at Argos - click and collect - I will just pick one pair up and then they will do a refund on the other.
