i want a new christmas tree, the old one, brought in woolies about 20 years ago has finally given up the ghost. where on earth does one go nowadays to buy relatively cheap fake xmas trees?

I bought this and it is lovely - big and small enough with ready lit lights. So just stick the plug - add decorations to it if you like.

You could try Argos, or B&Q
just looked - they're are on other sites ie ebay etc -
Your nearest garden centre might be a good place, to see if they have anything you like.

All the cheap tat you'll ever need.
Homebase often have good displays. At Argos you can't fully appreciate what you are getting.
I saw a nice one in B&Q the other day.
I bought a gorgeous one at the range a few years back, best xmas tree ever!

i dont have a homebase or range, but i appreciate all your suggestions. my smoke detector has just given up so ill go to B+Q today
