As I posted recently I have had pretty bad pain in the small of my back. I found Belladonna plasters in the house and sister put them on yesterday.

But I noticed that after a half hor or so - I didn't feel burning as I usually did in yesteryear so I figured the plasters were out of date.

However bought new ones today when I was in town and got them on my back myself - absolutely no burning or "drawing out" of pain. I remembered there used to be like a feel of a "heartbeat" thump thump - giving me relief

Has "woke", protocol or whatever it is - taken the "goodness" out of the Bella donna.

As I came home from town I called in to see neighbour who had injured her knee yesterday and of course before I tried myself I cut a bit of the plaster for her and then spoke to her later to ask if there was any "burning". Might as well have wasted my money. She said no too.

What has been happening. Belladonna my goodness years ago - right away - you felt the "burning" which gave great relief like working right away. Has that been taken away too?

Thanks pasta. So you recommend that third link
I've used those patches that Buenochico suggested but stuck them straight onto my skin -they keep warm for around 8 hours and come off really easily.
Yes...I'd buy it.
I love mine. My daughter originally bought me one after I'd used one at my brothers in NY. It was the best present ever.

Thanks pasta for providing me with the links
I have back problems and was recommended to get a freeze pack. Apparently heat can increase the inflammation in the joints. I tried it and it certainly worked. It's always in the freezer for when I need it next.

with great difficulty (as there are none left) I managed to buy the CuraHeat heating pads but these ones can attach to the skin - I have the same one on until I shower later. It is still quite warm.
