I have a three year subscription to the above and it's up and running. I have linked Mr T's laptop to this is the subscription allows for 10 devices to be linked.

However, when Mr T tries to run a scan it says that his subscription has expired and tries to get him to subscribe individually.

My/ our subscription has at least a year to run. When I go to My Account and look at my subscriptions it tells me that I have 3 linked devices but nowhere does it tell me what the devices are and how to deal with this problem.

Can anyone help? I cannot remember how I added the devices n the first place, so can't repeat my actions.

It's ok. I've sorted it out now.
are you sure you need to be paying for it? My free AVG security, plus Windows' own protective devices, have always done the trick.

When the present subscription runs out, Jno. I am not going to renew it. It's too much trouble one way or another.
