Apart from the usual Internet wifi signals you’d normally see available used by other people. BT,Plusnet ,Vodafone. Sky etc. I’m getting at random times the code as follows. At_201_F_V7Y__W.B_2QEUK_Fac9

The SSID that's broadcast by a router can be anything the user wants it to be. Since most routers are provided by ISPs, they're usually pre-configured so that the SSID is (or contains) the name of the relevant ISP. Even so, the user is still free to change his/her router's SSID from, say, 'EE-Hub-oU9x' to 'Cafe de Paris'.

However some people buy their own routers (either because their ISP doesn't provide them or because they want a better model than the one that they've been given). Such routers might also be pre-configured (with, say, the brand name of the device as their SSID) or, again, a user is free to change the SSID to anything that he/she wants it to be.

So there's no way of knowing what a particular SSID refers to.
If it appears at random times, perhaps it is coming from a vehicle.
