Make sure that you are well hydrated, monitor the situation for a week and if it doesn't improve then see yourGP re. antibiotics as you may well have a secondary bacterial infection in your sinuses.

swish your mouth with a drop of tea tree oil in some lukewarm wash after you clean your teeth and keep it in your mouth for as long as you can
