Calling all decorators and DIYers! OH seems to think that the modern way to decorate skirting boards is to paint them the SAME COLOUR as the walls
I’m unsure.
Have you heard of this? Seen it? Done it yourself?
If so are they to be done in gloss/satin/ emulsion?

Ken I would think it is just like putting in new skirting boards, just screw the new to the old and fill in cracks as you would anyway without the need for knotting. I agree emulsion should not be used on wood.
