I have watched every series of this, but why suddenly almost every single person is “going to give some/all of the money to charity”? Nothing wrong with this, but it is so obvious they have been told to say this.

I know it's like smashie and nicie! " It's all for chiridee"! PMSL!
I watched one episode and couldn't believe the amount of money people were paying for tat.
I presume there must be some really well-done pieces in other episodes.
Why would they be telt to say that?

That would be “telt “ to say that Corny because most people would go out and get p@ssed, have a good meal, treat the family, go on a weekend break, buy a designer bag, etc. like they used to in earlier series. All very PC now. And Yes I do give to charity before you ask.
