Has anyone got a link for the above. I am fuming after 2 months a parcel I sent to Ireland still has not yet arrived and I am getting nowhere.

I put a claim in Sharon , there wasn’t anything expensive in the package just some type of cable for a speaker I sent it to someone in London to be taken to a friend in Lanzarote, he asked them and gave me their address as they were travelling there, they paid up as up as I had a receipt

SharonA, have you got proof of posting for it? To be honest, if it was sent by recorded delivery or next day signed for, you can claim for the value of the item. I know that's not what you want - you just want it to reach it's destination. Did it have the correct address on it? I remember reading on something that there were in fact 2 places with the exact same cottage name and address

Jack, it had correct address and my address on back. It was well wrapped.
Contents not expensive but specially picked out for the recipient.
