I need to set up a small recording camera to record a flow of water I need to see overnight. Battery will ideally be 10 hours and function in night-vision aswell as being waterproof to prevent any rain damage, coming with a tripod would be suitable. Any advice or links would be very helpful. I know a gopro would be ideal however they are very expensive these days. Not too bothered about spending a good amount just needing some advice/recommendations. Thank you

It is £400 new on Amazon so a very good deal, I think
what phone do you have? People often have the very best camera they'll ever own on their phones, but completely forget it because they use it for taking snaps of their dinner
Would a phone battery last for 10 hours recording?
not sure, ive never tried :)
Forget the GoPro - the battery life is only around 2 hours maximum with continuous recording.
This one claims the longest battery life at 9 hours
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

Reviews suggest that the camera is not very good in low light so is probably not suitable for your needs. You are not going to get a camera that will record for 10 hours straight on one battery.
