Promotions Tab On Gmail?

where is it and how do I get to it

everywhere says it's connected to the inbox and is another tab

but I don't see it.. I don't see any other tabs in the inbox window

On my Android phone it appears as if it were an email in its own right, at the top of the list of emails in my inbox.

defenetly helps. was not aware of the inbox tab in the see all settings window.

once again: being on this site is one of the best things I've done!
