At the end of last nights excellent Mortimer and Whitehouse ,Gone Fishing episode there was singing in the very last minutes of the programme. Opera type music and singing. Very relaxing.
Can anyone identify the music and singer p!ease

A bit odd it ended with music replaced with the sound of the river, perhaps to create the serene atmosphere?
