Then please don't question the obvious!
Dave, cheap and cheerful is the main reason I'd imagine.
two double cheeseburgers fries and a small coke, tried the triple burger the other week mehh so so, don't go much as i prefer a curry
but if im on a rush..now and again.
Their coffee is better than most of the chains, apart from that... Naaah burger king at a pinch, prefer to find an independent cafe.
It's true - old style caffs have gone out of fashion and/or out of business. Most were in town centres (or greasy spoons on the A roads) where many people don't go now so we are left with the drive-ins or (in tourist places) more upmarket establishments. McD etc. fill the gap so to speak.
Their McFlurries are delicious. I could just eat a cheeseburger now !
When I used to have an appetite I used to like a Big Mac - that was years ago tho, I doubt they taste anything like that now lol!
Cup of tea, or a hot chocolate or a strawberry milkshake and 6 chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce
Forgot to mention earlier that I loved their hot apple pies as well.....after half an hour of waiting for it to cool down of course. Burnt my tongue on those things a few times!
I have not been to a McDonalds this side of 1999. I don't like anything they sell.
Plenty of folks go to McDonalds. My grandson works there part time as he is a Uni student. Can work as many hours as he wants, they're always short staffed.
I stopped going to Muckdonalds about twenty years ago for ethical reasons. They lie about the "healthyness" of their food, they treat their staff like slaves and they're all over the world, like a huge parasitic fungus.
...BUT, when I did go, it was 1/4 pounder with cheese, large fries and a chocolate milkshake.
Googlewerenohelp - don't think my grandson is treated as a slave. He gets hours to suit him and the hourly rate is very good.
Hi Maggie, I know UK McD treat their staff better than (for example) USA who are terrible.
