Normally I ask for help valuing postcards on behalf of Oxfam, this is not a postcard and I have no idea what it is called.

The picture in the middle can be moved and it becomes a 3D image. There doesn't appear to be any indication of who made it or when.

Has anyone seen a similar type of souvenir card?

sorry I should say nimslo type effect not necessarily a nimslo, it looks more like a 3d picture of a drawing.

the picture is layered plastic, I will use the word 'nimslo' in google searches and see if it helps.
