Without a doubt...
if thye catch him, out in less then ten years no double, mental health issues etc.
Didn't realised the'd been judged and sentenced allready
at least you have grasped - arrested on suspicion
and charged are different

[AB gasps of - "what he on abart again?" - and "arrestee is perp he done yeah innit?" - and many many (strangled) screams of foo ! and today he worse dan Gully foo again]

The post mortem was inconclusive
didnt know why or how she died ....
I imagine the defence lawyers will be pleading reasonable doube

Watch Manhunt - last episode last night + the reason why it took so long to get that perp

and remember boys and girls we can give rein to our obvious prejudices until he is charged.

( er which is why american lawyers can run their mouths over sacoolas and the Randy one ad infinitum - (no charges see? this is AB))
Thanks Peter for your insightful input.

What strikes me as odd here is that the post mortem proved inconclusive. Very unusual in a case of murder.
