The recalled, from Australia, ambassador Jean-Pierre Thébault said that France had had “very reliable reports” that “the crime was prepared for 18 months,” !! Crime. He even called it a treasonous act. Remember the frogs were protesting that this cancellation of a flawed contract came as a complete surprise and shock just 2 day ago, but now they say that they knew it was planned 18 month ago? Typical duplicitous French. Also accusing the Australians of treason? Treason? As ever do as I say not what I do. They have obviously been taking lessons from the Germans. Also remember there are thousand of Australians buried in France who died protecting the undeserving spiteful frogs. There are precious few French soldiers buried in Australia who perished defending them. Another snippet about the contentious subs. About 7 years ago France was in talks to supply Australia with nuclear powered submarines. Yo know the sort that they now say we should not supply in the name of controlling nuclear proliferation. The Australian government at the time was afraid of the furore from their own left wing loonies and asked if the French could supply the subs, same spec, but with a non nuclear power source. The greedy frogs, despite knowing that this was impossible, as every nut and bolt on the vessels was designed around a nuclear ship said yes. 6 years of escalating costs and delay as the Chinese threat got ever more pressing was enough for the Aussies. The frogs never saw it coming? Someone is being parsimonious with the truth.

perhaps we should "charge" him with not being clear what he wants to talk about - he seems to throw that accusation around a lot himself.
