(a) only you know what position it is that's being applied for ;
(b) only you know what experience you've had in relevant fields ;
(c) only you know what you've achieved through those experiences in previous roles ; and
(d) only you can assess how well such experiences and achievements have placed you in a position to do well in the role that's being applied for.
Nobody here will have knowledge of any of those things!
Start by listing what you've done in your previous job(s), including not only the tasks that you've undertaken but also how they related to working in a team and/or taking responsibility for supervising others. Then look at the job specification for the post that you're applying for and write a few brief sentences to explain how the former relates to the latter.
