Cyst On Forearm?

About six weeks ago, I bashed my forearm on the side of a cast iron table. The inevitable saucer sized bruise has now gone but I have an elongated 'lump' which is about 3 cm long between my radius and ulna. It's nearer the ulna than the radius. It moves about when I press it but is quite sore. Could it be a cyst?

It's what is known as an organised haematoma, the body mopping up the debris from your bruise. No big deal.

Could it be a ganglion cyst? Lots of pictures to look at if you search google images

It could be Barry. I have googled but thought that a ganglion cyst was more usually found near a joint rather than between two bones.

Thank you Sqad. I wasn't expecting it to be a big deal. I just wanted to know what it was. Now, I know. :-)
