i saw the trailer, looks very good, has Jodie Comer and Stephen Graham,
you would hardly know she hails from Liverpool....
Both fab actors, really looking forward to it.

Do Liverpudlians look different to the rest of us, emmie?
not looks by the way, sounds though, she does brilliant accents as proved as Villenelle in Killing Eve...
She grew up in Childwall which is one of the ‘posher’ areas of Liverpool.
when interviewed she has quite a pronounced Liverpool accent....
Such a fine actress I never knew she was from Liverpool, I understand what she's saying for a start ;-)
Maybe she's Shaun Evan's sister :D

The two 'leads' were interviewed on Radio 2 yesterday morning. Stephen Graham 'name-dropped' some of the other cast members and they included sue Johnston, Lesley Ash, Ian Hart, Angela Griffin, Cathy Tyson and David Hayman, to name but a few. With such a stellar line up, it just has to be worth watching.
As you can see, Arky, it's full of 'Micky's'. doubt you'll be watching :-J
I love the Irish accent mate, at least you understand what they're saying.

'Mickeys', Arky, Mickey Mouses. What's the Irish gotta do with the price of chips? :-))
Without hellium I can't join in. Doh I just figured your cockney rhyming slang.
For me, anything with Stephen Graham in has to be good ..
Where, when ?
anne, tonight C4 9pm.
I'm really looking forward to it too.
Sounds good. We've spent the last eighteen months being bombarded with wall to wall illness, disease and death nightly on the news. A drama about a care home (probably with its fair share of illness, disease and death) is just what we need to cheer us all up.
Channel 4 at 9pm tonight, 2 hour film, so may have to wait until it's not a school night for me!

Agree Shirley Stephen Graham is outstanding and can do no wrong for me. the rest of the cast are pretty fine too :)
New Judge, I don't think it's about illness, more about the friendship between a resident (Stephen Graham) and a carer ( Jodie Comer)
