My understanding is that last year Donald Trump signed a deal with the Taliban to leave Afghanistan by May 1st 2021.

This was delayed until now by Biden - so why isn't the previous American administration sharing the blame for what's currently going on in the country?

Yes this happened on Biden's watch, but are we all supposed to forget who lit the touch paper?

(Terrible mixed metaphors).

Some genuinely well-put thoughts there...but...

//Biden sought bragging rights in rushing the process before he is impeached( he will be)//

I thought he'd delayed the withdrawal not rushed is. Wasn't it supposed to be May 1st, but he delayed until August 26th?

And what impeachment is that?

"The Taliban are now the temporary owners of squillions of dollars worth of hi tech kit that the Chinese and Russians are currently analysing and copying in order to sell to every tin pot band of murderous psychos that hate the Western civilisations."

Please, give us some verifiable proof of such claims.
You are right, people have short memories. Trump had no proper understanding of global politics and he started all this, but Biden has pulled out too quickly. What should have happened is the UN to get involved and to stay and police the country.
