Everyone knows there is a shortage of social housing so how will they be housed unless they are pushed to the front of the queue in front of those that may have been on the waiting list for years?

I dont think anyone on here can answer you Dave. Sadly due to the lax Border Farce we have a housing and immigration crisis. It's a shame because as I have already said on another thread the Afghanistan problem is exactly where we should be helping out with real refugees.

I suspect, in the short term they'll do what they did with the boat people in the 80s. We had a camp near here with them in. One of them later became my ED in my company, did well for herself having arrived with only the clothes she stood in.

Permanent housing is a problem but i have read that there is a big increase of households who are offering a room for temporary accommodation.
