I watched a really old episode yesterday. I know that Lionel and Jean are the main couple but who are the other adults living with them, and why??

I dont know what housing prices were like then but it seems like reasonable arrangement, three ladies sharing a house.

i have the whole lot on dvd and enjoyed it thoroughly, gentle, non threatening comedy gold.

I think Sandy came to live with them when she split up with her boyfriend and needed somewhere to go.
