Whilst I hesitate to pose yet another yucca question, I can hardly resist and after all it IS still the weekend. I have an enormous flower spike on my garden yucca and so do all my friends who have received baby yuccas from me over the years. Is it a good year for yucca flowers, anyone else lucky?

All your friends have an enormous flower spike on them???? Oh my goodness, could it be the dreaded Yuccy Spikey Disease? Call Dr Bombay immediately.
Sounds like you and your friends have pucca yuccas and the people who are having problems with theirs have duffa yuccas.
mine hasn't flowered yet. though it hasn't died yet, which is a good thing i suppose. It's taking it's time kicking in though........
Down here in the new forest, yuccas grow outdoors in peoples' gardens and yes there are loads of flowerspikes this year
I don't have a yucca, just a yukka, don't think mine flowers.

Thank you Apricot, that's very kind of you. I might even mix mine and yours to get a Yucka - or will it be a yukca. See you over on: http://tinyurl.com/2uwep
