Not too bad for me this week, I think.

I scored FIVE out of seven in the adult quiz
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-58012823.amp

. . . and THREE out of five in the junior one
https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/51318780

You can do better though, can't you?

A good kid but a slightly below average adult then, Tony ;-)

I'll raise a glass of Estrella Damm to you anyway ;-)
I'm going downhill fast. 2/7 and 2/5.
Question Author
3's nearly half marks, anyway, Brainiac ;)

Go on, have a go a the junior one. You can't do worse than last week, after all! ;-)
Question Author
Following the news doesn't seem to help me much with the quiz most weeks, Sandy ;-)

Consistent, anyway, Caran ;-)
[I hope that Mr C's otic learning is progressing well].
Thanks Chris. He is still learning. It will take a while to get the tuning right.
4/7
2/5
I'll raise a glass of Estrella Damm to you anyway ;-)

And I'll raise a FAXE ( Black can ) back at ya, Chris ;-)
4/7
3/5

It takes me a while to get anything right, Caran ;-)

A passable 2 and a decent 4, I'd say, Patsy ;-)

This Estrella Damm is certainly well chilled Tony. I put it in the freezer (because of lack of space in my mini-fridge) last night and then forgot about it until now!

Cheers!

Better than half marks on both of them then, Elliemay1.

I reckon that's worth celebrating with a drink - even if it's only hot chocolate, if that's your thing ;-)
A dismal 2 and 1.... but I did change my mind on a few. Yeah, I know. Excuses, excuses.... :o(

When I posted to start this thread, Naomi, I found myself thinking "Quite a good week for me, so probably quite a bad one for Naomi then" ;-)

Every time I do well, you seem to report lousy scores. I'll try to do badly next week, so that you can then do well ;-)
Ooo, yes please! :o)
. I put it in the freezer (because of lack of space in my mini-fridge)

LOL, nice and cool then ( Bliddy lucky it didn't explode ) :-)
6/7 and 5/5. Freely admit that I only got one of the adult questions right because I accidentally hit the ‘wrong’ button. Must have been inspired by just watching our mixed medley swimming team. Robbie not impressed by Olympic antics
6,

I'm a bit late this week Chris. Was watching The Hundred last night. Good finish, but I don't get how they work out the win predictor when the team batting first hasn't even got halfway through their innings! hey ho!

Only 3/7 in the adult quiz. 4/5 in the junior one. As I said before Chris, I'm a kid at heart!
Question Author
Get your roller skates on and go out to play, you big kid, 10CS!
(Bookies that take 'in play' bets have been calculating 'win predictors' for years, so there must be a way of doing it!)

Very well done, Emmie! You're nearly perfect, not once but twice! Indeed, you'd be right at the top of the leader board if it wasn't for

. . . Campbellking! Absolutely ruddy marvellous, CK! Well done indeed!
Perhaps Robbie might enjoy gymnastics on the telly?

I'm getting worse 2 for both :-((
Question Author
Oh dear, Margo!

At least you're not alone though. You've got Caran for company on double 2 - and you've done TWICE as well as DTC and Roopower could each manage in the adult quiz ;-)

Better luck next week!
