i hope you are all well and in good spirits, and that the day is a good one for you.

It's still quite dark and its raining so not sure what the day has in store, i don't think i will be going far, as am in a lot of pain, from my right foot with referred pain in the right knee.

i have some painkillers and will take those, but going on previous occasions, haven't found them very effective. I know i have osteo arthritis, and confirmed as such by doc yesterday after examination. Advice is put my feet up as much as possible, which isn't totally feasible.

what do you take for pain like this ?

i wonder what has happened to boaty the last few days?

he phoned to tell me his computer was playing up..so may be that.. or maybe he is just having a longer wee lie in these days..as his health has not been brilliant

Theshedman, I’m sorry your wife is so unwell and in hospital. As she is positive for covid are you unable to visit . I hope she gets better soon .
