Greece is in the EU, so there's no duty-free. You should be able to bring back up to 3200 cigarettes duty paid in the EU, provided they are for your personal use - however what you can get away with might depend on customs on the day. eg they might not believe they're for your own use if your stash contains several brands.

Incidentally, you may not get the best deal at the airport; it might be better to buy them in the town. Shop around a bit.
