I have watched the series on Britbox but it looks like it's on ITV this month
Question: I understand that TV shows don't show real number plates, but this show has plates like 83 and 72 (we are now in 21 plates)
These plates are so obviously false
Any idea why?

Were they used in the flashback scenes? I don't take much notice of cars.
Forget that. I don't drive so have just googled number plates. I presumed the numbers referred to years so 83 and 72 ie 1983 ,1972 so could have been used in the flashback scenes. DOH!

Why not ? The story is.
That's usually the case with fiction, Canary, but usually details such as number plates are realistic.
I watched a bit of this tonight but wasn’t impressed. I could have done without the ‘silly’ bits, it made a nonsense of what could have been a good thriller.
what looked like a promising new series was deeply disappointing. Offender has prison tattoo on hand, case solved, why did it take an hour?
