I am surprised that adults feel comfortable riding these things. In my day anyone over seven would have been teased!

Yes they should. Near my work i have seen a lot of E Scooters on pavements not looking where they are going and going too fast, one rider was using a mobile phone, and one i thought was so fast it could have been souped-up. The government have been too slow about the menace.
