It won't accept my date of birth and I can't figure out why. I buy loads of stuff from them but have never been asked for my DOB before checking. I just show my passport when they delivery.

It's a cheese board....it does contain cheese knives but you'd think after hundreds upon hundreds of purchases they'd send it and ask for ID.

Any ideas. The message I'm getting is they can't verify my DOB...

It might be because the card registered with Amazon is in his name.
