morning all, i hope you are in fine fettle and that the heat isn't affecting you too much.
i woke around about 4am and i am now fully awake with various chores like the washing on the go. that won't take long, and i then have the rest of the day to chill or not.
The weather does seem somewhat extreme but the forecast is for showers and thunder storms, so perhaps it will break the humidity.

Lewisham takes me an hour to get to by 2 buses, as i don't go by rail, which could well be quicker, i like shopping and buying bits and bobs for the flat.

Ah Husb n myself used to be very involved (work) with the OneSe8 development just next to station.

I used to like the Lewisham market and also Lewis ham had the very best fishmonger !(tho it closed about 5 years ago)

How lucky you are to live where you do, emmie. If I had a flat there I’d spend my days in all the glorious art galleries and museums. So much to do and see in London. Never a dull moment.
