Could anybody enlighten me. Over the years I have broken my ankle and shoulder about 3 or 4 times ie shoulder about 3 times with being knocked down etc.

During the past few days of intense heat the pain from these injuries have been actually worse than the time of the injuries.

I have ibuprofen and paracetamol which I am taking but nothing hits the pain. I just can't believe the intensity of the pain. Has the heat affected. thanks for any answers.

sorry Sqad - I meant our heat (weather wise).
Get cocodamol over the counter then speak to your gp as they are aware of the true extent of your injuries

I do have paracetamol (effervescent) - are they less "workable" can't think of a word - than the co-codamol
Cocodamol are stronger than paracetamol, I think they are a mix of paracetamol and codeine so you must not take paracetamol as well. You can take ibuprofen if you feel the need. I would give your dr a ring or text and ask for advice
What doses of analgesics are you taking that are ineffective?
apparently the answer is - can be
