I think they are rather glorious, and so colourful.

A bit derivative. David Hockney did a series of paintings of May in blossom with more originality. They would make a good fabric print though.
no cherry blossoms were cut in half to make this artwork.

I think these are more abstract than the Hockney spring paintings.
I like them, I see them as a natural evolutuion of his spot paintings.

These look far more relaxed in execution than the earlier paintings, so natural changes in his life or approach.
I would have analysed this when I was younger...now I just look and enjoy.
