Pie, mash and mushy peas.

He's had salad in various forms everyday this week so I thought he could do with with some stodge.
Spaghetti carbonara
Ive hot some sausages in the slow cooker...mainly because being amused is off the menu. I had an ocular migraine this morning, and it's taken 3 hours for the thumpy head to start. It feels like someone is poking their fingers in my eyes. To add to that, I just walked into the lounge in time to see a naughty boy cat peeing on the carpet...something he never does. There are puppy pads in a few strategic places. Aaarrgghhh!
Potatoe waffles eggs and sausages
How about mixed grill or homemade tapas or chicken in a white wine sauce or seafood in a white wine sauce
Gingsters pasties and salad, some sort of ice creamy thing for afters. Very inspirational...

Pasta, have you taken any analgesia?

I get migrainous neuralgia and it is like someone sticking a hat pin through my eyeball and out the back of my head. It's horrid.
I it wasn’t rude
Sea bass, jersey royals, broccoli and parsley sauce.
Thick pork chops, mash, cauliflower cheese, corn cobette & peas.
Yes, I did Lcg...thanks for asking. I've just felt out of sorts all day.
Chicken breasts , Fusilli with Garlic and red pepper sauce
sautéed (small and socred) duck breasts with fresh thyme and seasoned, served with roasted chicory and red pepper and then a homemade rosti,,,,,and lightly steamed green peas and mangetout....I cook my breasts skin-side down in the pan with no oil and on medium heat to render the fat down, 4 minutes typically and 1 minute on the meat side, then rest for nearly 10 mins....
'scored' not 'scorched' - by the way!!
We had the rest of the tomahawk steak tossed in a sweet sticky red onion sauce on sourdough with salad. Then strawberry pavlova.

I know I'm spaced out having started at 6 am, but are there removed answers? Ab on my phone is doing weird stuff tho.
Tonight was very boring, bought-in steak & ale pies (v. good), beans and hash browns (Thursdays are not conducive to cooking). Tomorrow is more interesting - smoked, peppered mackerel and .... not sure what as yet.
