Just on the small lines going down by the sides of the mouth. What would you suggest?

Botox won't do it. Restylane would as it's a filler but I wouldn't bother if I was you as it starts to wear off after about 3 months.

Thank you. Are there any other alternatives?
If you are so inclined have a try of filler (with a qualified reputable person of course). It does wear off but 6 months might be a fairer estimate but if you like the results you will need to keep going back.

Thanks Orudie, by filler do you mean Restylane or is there another product? Sorry never tried anything like this before ….
I think it depends what your specialist uses but apart from Restylane Juvederm is another common one and there are others but they are all generically filler. I'm speaking a little from experience as had my lips done a couple of times (but not since covid). I only had 1/2 ml so the difference to my lips was almost unnoticeable but it did remove top lip smoker lines.
I've only just seen this, but I would recommend a non-surgical facelift. It is treatment using collagen gel and tiny electric shocks (painless) are admistered by rolling an instrument around your face. It is a bit expensive for a course, but after the initial intensive course it is just once a month to top-up ad you apply collagen gel yourself daily like a moisturiser. I haven't found anyone who does it locally, but I have sourced collagen gell easily online, so I tap that in daily. Hope this helps.
gin.
