Earlier today a DPD driver knocked on the door and asked for my return parcel. I don't have one and have not requested a pick up. He showed me his phone which had my name and address on it and it was apparently being returned to Unipart.

I repeated that I had not asked for a returns pick up. He seemed as puzzled as me

I'm a bit concerned about this mix -up. Any suggestions as to how this might have happened. I have emailed DPD but, as yet, have not had a reply.

Bump!
The other day a Hermes driver asked for our pick up. When I said we didn't have one he said it was the sixth one that day, so there must have been a glitch in the system.

I shouldn't worry about it, it really isn't your problem.

That's reassuring. Thanks Hoppy.
