A few years ago there was a company that took wedding dresses and turned them into outfits I think for christening robes for premature babies.
Is this still a thing?

I specifically wanted it to go to that sort of charity
dress donation closed at the moment though
There are some contact details here for - Preemie Angel Gowns.

Even if they aren't accepting at the moment they may have some ideas for you.

Thanks ladies that’s what I was after.
Never going to wear it again even if it did fit so knowing that it will be useful to several others warms my heart.
There is also one called Bonnie Babies, I knitted for them for about 10 years. The little burial outfits are lovely.
