Didn't stand much of a chance yesterday. Going, which was billed as GF (Good in places), quickly became GS after first race, then ended the day as Soft. All my picks were GF geegees :-(
With no rain forecast for today, the going is Good to Soft so i've tried to choose those horses who don't rely on hearing their hooves rattling. Also, as Epsom is one of those tracks a horse will either love or hate, i have picked 4 there for a straightforward L15 and e.w. acca;

Hi Ken. I didn't see your post from yesterday until this morning. We are away and I did not set up the wifi connections until then. I did put a little punt on before we left and Frankie helped me to get a little double in. The payout will just about get me a couple of pasties. HaHa. Been out since about 8am having a stroll etc, now going to have a settle down before going out for dinner. Done.

Had £4.08 off an early e.w. bet so put £2.04 e.w. on Oh This Is Us :-)

That's when i noticed the withdrawal of my Derby selection so i've had to cash out with both Sky and 365, then replace Mohaafeth with Roger Varian's Third Realm @ 12s. 4 placed is now a poss £23, 4 winners a poss £2,787.

What a brilliant result! So pleased for Kirby while the horse he was due to ride beat only two home. Can't see him being jocked off a horse again any time soon:-))
And while i feel a tad sorry for Oisin Murphy, he can console himself by going for another jockey's title.

Brilliant ride up the rail Ken. He was close enough to give it a pick of paint if he had a brush on his left knee. Brave horse to go through such a narrow gap as well. Best horse won.
