Lots of different bleachy chemicals mentioned, including hydrogen peroxide and swimming pool bleach ("Miracle Mineral Solution").
It doesn't really matter whether it was technically bleach, what matters is the huge strips of children's bowel linings that the stupid/abusive parents actually kept in jars to show the effect of what they were doing ... "washing out the autism".
There are some vulnerable people in the world, and this program did a great job of showing the techniques that snakeoil peddlers use to snare them. Elle Macpherson, Wakefield's girlfriend since 2018, left her billionaire husband for Wakefield. Her previous boyfriend's wealth is in the hundreds of millions. I suspect Wakefield is not short of a bob or two.

More "inevitable" than "karma", Ken. Not inevitable for him personally, but inevitable that a large number of people who don't get vaccinated will get very ill or even die, especially older people, and now he's one of them.
I think in this guy's case he is stupid, not evil, so I feel a bit sorry for him and those that listen to him.

Bleach is NaOCl - and is Very Bad for one - had a few bleach drinkers and it is truly a terrible way to die
H2O2 - tooth whitener, I wd not regard as bleach -
and gargle
this will give off O2 ( oxygen that is!) slowly
or by a biochem reaction with peroxide dismutase(+)
or by a catalyst such as manganese
