When Did Preston North End Beat Blackburn Rovers 5-3 At Deepdale.

When I was a young man I recall going to Deepdale to watch Preston North End play Blackburn Rovers. Preston won 5-3. I remember Tom Finney was playing for Preston and Bryan Douglas for Blackburn. Can anyone please tell me what year this was?

Thank you Ken. Finney's last season I think, over sixty years ago now!. How we missed him. He came to our old-Boys dinner as guest speaker (his son Brian was an old-Boy) when well into his nineties and he was brilliant. The reason I asked was because I found an old press cutting of the match but with no date. Many thanks
