Calculating And Measuring Different Superpowers...

Is there a unit of measurement in which all superpowers (like super-speed, strength, Fire power etc.) can be compared with/to another superpower to see the stronger superpower by measuring aspects of all of them (like how much force a superpower will give off... or how much energy), using familiar units like Newtons (N), Joules (J) etc?

Intangibility is one that's difficult to measure. Invisibility is either there (if you can find it) or its not. I could go on forever about immortality

I think you'll find that the term Superpower is based on military/destructive/lethal prowess, not power in a scientific sense.
Perhaps he means fictional characters with superpowers?
