Am I being unreasonable in my expectations.
Twice she has sent through the wrong details (once including an offer to another client containing details and his name). On Monday, after sending through an offer from a mortgage company on Friday, she contacted me to arrange a time to ring me to talk through the offer. I emailed back and actually called her first thing on Tuesday morning - her colleague said she wasn’t in yet (it was only just after 9am), tried to help out (she wasn’t familiar enough though) but said she would get her to call me back. I’m still waiting for her to call.

I chose this particular broker as she was an older woman (like me) and local but I’m beginning to have doubts - I’m not too happy with the offer either but that might be more my financial situation than her knowledge.

Do you think I am being unreasonable and should lower my expectations?

sound like a right shower, clearly no attention to detail, personally they'd just stress me out with those kinds of coke ups.
Not good customer service and she should have explained why she could not get the amount you wanted.
On their website there should be an explanation of the complaints procedure for you to follow.

Ubssses - I think that the call I am still waiting for was to explain the details of the offer (which I suspect may relate to my finances)
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a basic level of service, go elsewhere you'll probably get a better deal off money supermarket et al.
When she phones, listen to what she has to say, if there are no apologies by the end, let her know how disappointed you are with the Company detailing the points above. Hopefully will give her a bit of shake up and improve her service.
or does she have dementia?
sounds like buyer's remorse sort of early on

I look on them like coffin flies but thank god no one reads wht I write

I read what you write PP - I don’t always understand it but I read it and thank you (all) for taking the time to answer
